I speak and comment on how large, regulated businesses actually run: outsourcing and provider performance, transformation programmes, governance and the board's role in operations, and leading large teams through change. Superannuation is the arena I know from the inside; the lessons apply to insurance, banking, health and government.
I also speak on women in senior leadership and on working motherhood at executive level: what actually changes when you run a large operation with young children, what organisations get wrong about it, and what boards and executives can do. From direct experience, not theory.
